Defining
Organizational Change
[ send
me this paper ]
A 5 page paper discussing some of the reasons for and
mechanisms of organizational change. America's discovery
of Japanese cars was the first real indication that
American manufacturing would have to change in order to
keep up, but it was discovered that accomplishing that
change involved far more than just doing things
differently than in the past. It was also necessary for
management attitudes to change as well. Today, the
principles described by Kurt Lewin in the 1940s are as
true as they were then, and management at the most
successful of companies has discovered that lasting and
beneficial change occurs when management sets the stage,
but employees lead the implementation of change.

Demographic Rates
Of India And Japan: Comparison
[ send
me this paper ]
6 pages in length. Current demographic rates of India and
Japan reflect a significant separation in population that
helps outline the reasons for various concerns each nation
might have. Indeed, it is difficult to believe that
Japan's populace can be so easily overshadowed, however,
recent 2001 estimates clearly show that India's
inhabitants outnumber Japan's by the multi millions, which
ultimately impacts every other demographic aspect of both
nations. Bibliography lists 5 sources.
